About the Position
TravelNurseSource is partnering with Mindlance Health to recruit a qualified Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care at Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. This 13-week contract offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic critical care environment with varied shifts, including both day and night openings.
The Role and Expectations
As an ICU/PCU RN, you will manage a diverse patient population within a high-acuity setting. The facility operates on a tiered performance model (Low/Mid/High). It is critical that all travelers meet the established performance expectations; failure to do so may result in immediate contract termination. This role requires adaptability and resilience as you navigate the unique challenges of critical care nursing across different shifts.
