About the Role
This travel assignment places a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Mission Hospital in Asheville, North Carolina. You will join an 853-bed Level I trauma center recognized for its comprehensive emergency services and Magnet designation for nursing excellence. The role focuses on triage, rapid assessment, and delivering high-acuity care in a dynamic environment.
Asheville is nestled in the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains, offering vibrant arts, music, and outdoor activities. Named a must-see destination by Frommer's Travel Guides, the city provides a backdrop of breathtaking panoramic views ideal for hiking, biking, rafting, and fishing. Hiring Process
This is a rapid response contract with a start date of June 9, 2026. Offers must be booked on the same day they are presented; otherwise, the offer will be rescinded. Candidates should be prepared to discuss their recent Level 1 or 2 trauma center experience and travel history with AMN within the last 12 months.
