About the Position
TravelNurseSource is partnering with talent4health to recruit a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This 13-week contract, starting June 8, 2026, offers a unique opportunity to deliver holistic care to patients and families across the entire life cycle, from neonates to older adults.
In this role, you will execute the full Standards of Nursing Practice, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will develop and revise individualized plans of care, coordinate multidisciplinary efforts, and delegate activities as appropriate. The position emphasizes independent, collaborative, and delegated nursing functions, requiring you to actively participate in shared accountability and decision-making. By implementing personal leadership qualities, you will help define and improve practice standards and the environment of care to promote remarkable patient outcomes.
