About the Role
We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist for a 14-week travel assignment at a facility in Lexington, Kentucky. In this role, you will operate magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanners to produce high-quality 3D images essential for medical diagnosis. You will interact directly with patients, administering intravenous injections of contrast dye as needed, and collaborate closely with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnostic results.
Your day will involve screening patients for safety and contraindications, educating them on procedures, and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal functionality. You will be responsible for monitoring image quality, making necessary adjustments to scanning parameters, and documenting all procedure details in compliance with hospital policies. Requirements
- verifiedSuccessful completion of Radiology program with MRI specialization
