Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide comprehensive Med Surg nursing care to diverse adult patient populations
- check_circlePerform patient assessments, administer medications, and manage IV therapy
- check_circleMonitor patient status including telemetry where applicable
- check_circleCoordinate interdisciplinary care plans and communicate with providers and families
- check_circleDocument accurately in EHR systems while adhering to regulatory standards
- check_circleEducate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans
- check_circlePerform wound care and dressing changes as needed
- check_circleUphold safety, infection control, and quality-of-care standards in every assignment
Requirements
- verifiedActive RN license (state-specific and/or compact)
- verifiedBLS certification
- verifiedMinimum 1 year recent Med Surg RN experience
- verifiedAbility to travel and work rotating shifts
