About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week travel assignment at a facility in Fort Worth, Texas. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients while enjoying competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
In this role, you will provide hands-on nursing care to residents and patients, ensuring their medical and daily living needs are met with compassion and efficiency. You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications, assist with treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to promote overall health and well-being. Your day will involve providing bedside care, assisting with personal hygiene, managing wound care and catheters, and educating residents and families about treatments and disease management. You will also supervise support staff and respond to emergencies within your scope of practice.

- check_circleCollaborate with RNs and healthcare providers to develop and follow individualized care plans
- check_circleEducate residents and families about medications, treatments, and disease management
- check_circleSupervise CNAs and other support staff by delegating tasks appropriately
- check_circleRecognize and report changes in patient condition to RNs and healthcare provider team
- check_circleRespond to emergencies and implement appropriate interventions within the LPN scope of practice
Requirements
- verifiedOne year of recent experience as an LPN
- verifiedValid LPN license in compliance with state regulations
- verifiedCurrent BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification
- verifiedAbility to read, write, and communicate in the English language
