About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Claremont, New Hampshire. In this role, you will provide hands-on nursing care to residents and patients, ensuring their medical and daily living needs are met with compassion and efficiency. You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications, assist with treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to promote overall health and well-being.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients while enjoying the support of a dedicated clinical team. You will supervise CNAs and other support staff, delegate tasks appropriately, and educate residents and families about medications and disease management. Your work will involve recognizing and reporting changes in patient condition, responding to emergencies, and providing meaningful interactions that support residents' emotional well-being.

Requirements
- verifiedOne year of recent experience as an LPN
- verifiedValid LPN license in compliance with state regulations
- verifiedCurrent BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification
- verifiedAbility to read, write, and communicate in English
