Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide direct critical care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- check_circleMonitor and interpret vital signs, hemodynamics, and complex equipment parameters
- check_circleAdminister medications, titrate drips, and manage ventilators and life-support equipment
- check_circleCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust patient care plans
- check_circleCommunicate effectively with patients and families to offer education and support
- check_circleMaintain accurate, timely electronic documentation following hospital and regulatory standards
- check_circleAdhere to infection control, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives
- check_circleRespond to emergencies and participate in codes using advanced life support skills
Requirements
- verifiedActive RN license (compact or state-specific)
- verifiedACLS certification

- verifiedMinimum 2 years recent ICU experience
