We are seeking a skilled House Supervisor RN for a 13-week travel assignment at a facility in Newark, New York. In this pivotal leadership role, you will provide oversight of nursing operations during shifts to ensure quality care, patient safety, and smooth hospital functioning. You will serve as a resource for staff, patients, and families, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts professionally while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and hospital operations.
