About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for an 8-week travel assignment at a facility in Arlington, Texas. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering rapid-response, high-quality patient care.
As a member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for patients in critical situations. Your day will involve assessing patient conditions, implementing urgent care plans, and administering life-saving treatments. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams—including physicians, specialists, paramedics, and social workers—to ensure efficient, patient-centered care. This position requires strong clinical skills, exceptional critical thinking, and the ability to maintain excellent communication under pressure while upholding the highest standards of patient safety and professional ethics.
