About the Role
As a Travel ER RN, you will serve as a critical member of the emergency care team, delivering high-quality nursing to diverse patient populations in fast-paced environments. This contract role is designed for experienced professionals who thrive on adaptability; you will assess, triage, and stabilize patients while collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
Your day-to-day involves operating and monitoring essential ER equipment, including cardiac monitors, IV pumps, and ventilators, while adhering to evidence-based protocols and infection control standards. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key role in educating patients and families on conditions and discharge instructions. The position requires you to quickly adapt to new hospital environments, policies, and workflows as you move between facilities, ensuring seamless continuity of care wherever you are assigned.

Requirements
