About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our high-volume team in Asheville, North Carolina. This 13-week travel assignment is designed for a professional with strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care in a busy emergency department setting. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, assessing and triaging patients based on clinical urgency while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to implement comprehensive care plans.

In this role, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and ensure adherence to hospital protocols to maintain patient safety. Beyond clinical duties, you will support patients and their families through education and emotional support, while also providing real-time feedback and coaching to enhance team performance. This position requires adaptability to changing environments and the ability to work effectively within a team.
