About the Role
MVHS Wynn Hospital is seeking experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurses to join a fast-paced, high-acuity team caring for patients across all age groups, from newborns to geriatrics. In this role, you will treat a wide range of critical conditions including stroke, sepsis, trauma, myocardial infarction, cardiac arrest, and respiratory failure. Success in this position requires confidence in a busy emergency environment and proficiency with advanced equipment such as Rapid Infusor and Arctic Sun systems.
The unit features 64 beds, including 40 acute beds, two trauma rooms, 10 CDU beds, six psych beds, plus triage and super track areas. The schedule runs 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM, totaling 36 hours weekly. While block scheduling is not guaranteed, floating may be required, and charge capability is highly preferred. Navy blue scrubs are mandatory for all staff.
