Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOperate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of bones, organs, and tissue
- check_circlePrepare patients for procedures, explain imaging process, and position patients appropriately
- check_circleSet appropriate technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy and pathology
- check_circleProvide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation
- check_circleAdhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies to ensure patient and staff safety
- check_circlePerform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CT equipment to ensure proper functionality
- check_circleCollaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely diagnostic services
- check_circleDocument patient information, imaging parameters, and procedural details accurately in the hospital's system
Requirements
- verifiedOne year of recent experience as a CT Technologist
- verifiedValid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations
- verifiedCurrent BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- verifiedCurrent ARRT Certification
