Concentric Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Adel, Iowa. The position is an onsite, day-shift opportunity focused on delivering high-quality rehabilitation services.
About the Role
In this role, you will implement therapy interventions according to the supervising Occupational Therapist's plan of care. You will play a vital part in helping patients develop and restore functional independence within a supportive, compliance-focused rehab environment. Your day will involve accurately documenting patient progress, assisting with patient and family education, and communicating status updates to the supervising OT. You will work alongside experienced therapy professionals while adhering to all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols.
