About the Role

As a Travel AV Installation Technician, you will be a vital member of our Operations team, responsible for installing electronic, hardware, and wiring components of audio-visual systems according to company standards. This is a dynamic, travel-intensive position where you will work with minimal supervision to receive, inventory, assemble, and install AV equipment at job sites across the country.

Your day-to-day involves a blend of technical installation and construction labor. You will troubleshoot audio and video cabling, terminate cables with solder or compression connectors, and drill into various surfaces to run wires and install projectors, screens, cameras, and speaker systems. The role requires comfort working in diverse environments, from air-conditioned spaces to cold or hot construction sites, and often involves working at heights exceeding 10 feet or in confined spaces. You will also play a key role in mentoring other installers and ensuring every installation meets our high standards for quality, safety, and environmental practices.
