About the Role
The Transportation Support Coordinator is a remote position designed for individuals who want to learn the logistics industry from the ground up. This role serves as a foundational step for those looking to eventually transition into becoming an Independent Freight Dispatcher. By working closely with drivers, dispatchers, brokers, and operations teams, you will help keep freight moving without delays, organizing schedules, communicating updates, verifying documents, and preventing common dispatch issues.

- check_circleTrack loads and provide real-time updates to brokers and shippers
- check_circleVerify BOLs, PODs, and ensure freight matches the bill
- check_circleEstimate realistic load and unload times
- check_circlePrevent overscheduling and tight back-to-back appointment windows
- check_circleUpload all paperwork into the TMS
- check_circleTrack detention, layover, and TONU opportunities
- check_circleNotify brokers of changes or delays
