- check_circleConfirm pickup and delivery appointments
- check_circleTrack loads and provide real-time updates to brokers and shippers
- check_circleVerify BOLs, PODs, and ensure freight matches the bill
- check_circleEstimate realistic load and unload times
- check_circlePrevent overscheduling and tight back-to-back appointment windows
- check_circleUpload all paperwork into the TMS
- check_circleTrack detention, layover, and TONU opportunities
- check_circleSend check calls and status updates to brokers
- check_circleNotify brokers of changes or delays
