About the Role
KCI is hiring an Engineer-in-Training to join our Pittsburgh, PA office. In this role, you will assist in the development of multiple construction plans for transportation projects under the supervision of a senior project engineer or project manager. You will perform work involving conventional types of plans, investigations, surveys, structures, and equipment. Your day-to-day will include performing engineering calculations, interpreting engineering drawings and specifications, assisting with proposal preparation, and coordinating work across multiple engineering disciplines. Additionally, you will contribute to drafting/CADD work and develop engineering reports, quantities, and construction cost estimates.
