Key Responsibilities
- check_circleResearch and resolve stakeholder inquiries
- check_circleReview and ensure required legal documentation and client authorization
- check_circleReview processing feedback and procedural updates
- check_circleWork overtime and assist other functions during peak
- check_circleProcess and review routine and complex data-entry transactions
- check_circleCommunicate directly with clients, brokers, or relationship managers
- check_circleResearch and resolve out-of-balance conditions with the Reconciliation
Requirements
- verifiedAssociate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- verifiedBasic understanding of SEC regulations pertaining to Transfer Agency Services is preferred.
- verifiedTyping speed of 45 words per minute.
