Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSafely mount, dismount, repair, rotate, and balance tires and wheels on passenger and light trucks
- check_circleInspect tires, wheels, and valve stems for wear, damage, and safety issues
- check_circleOperate lifts, jacks, tire changers, and balancing equipment according to safety standards
- check_circleMaintain a clean, organized work area and assist with inventory and shop upkeep
- check_circleProvide friendly customer service and explain basic tire maintenance and safety recommendations
- check_circleFollow company procedures and support a team-focused, inclusive, and growth-oriented culture
Requirements
- verifiedValid driver's license with clean driving record
- verifiedTire Industry Association (TIA) Basic Automotive Tire Service Certification
- verifiedASE T7 Medium-Heavy Truck Tire Certification (preferred)
