About the Role
As a Tire Technician, you will be the backbone of our service bay, performing hands-on work to mount, dismount, repair, rotate, and balance tires for passenger and light truck vehicles. This role is designed for a dependable individual who takes pride in their craft and enjoys a stable schedule that supports work-life balance.
In this position, you will not only operate lifts, jacks, and power tools but also serve as a trusted advisor to our customers. You will explain tire services and basic maintenance recommendations with a friendly and respectful demeanor. Your day-to-day involves maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shop environment while adhering to strict company procedures for quality and safety. - check_circleSafely mount, dismount, repair, rotate, and balance tires and wheels for passenger and light trucks
- check_circlePerform visual inspections of tires, wheels, and related components to identify wear, damage, and safety concerns
- check_circleOperate lifts, jacks, torque wrenches, and air tools in accordance with company and safety standards
- check_circleMaintain a clean, organized, and safe service bay and shop environment
- check_circleProvide friendly, respectful customer service, explaining tire services and basic maintenance recommendations
- check_circleFollow all company procedures for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- check_circleAssist with inventory handling, stocking, and shop housekeeping as needed

Requirements
