About the Role
In this position, you will be the face of our service, delivering friendly, safety-focused care to every customer. Your day will involve mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires for passenger and light truck vehicles while ensuring the shop remains clean, organized, and efficient. You will operate specialized equipment like tire changers and balancers, perform basic vehicle inspections, and support your teammates to meet productivity and satisfaction goals. Beyond the technical work, you will play a key role in the customer experience by explaining tire services and product options with clarity and care.
