About the Role
In this hands-on role, you will be the backbone of our shop, ensuring safety and quality for every vehicle that enters. You will operate shop equipment to install, balance, rotate, and repair tires and wheels, while performing basic vehicle and tire inspections to ensure driver safety. Beyond the technical work, you will assist customers by explaining tire conditions and recommended services, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience that aligns with our customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOperate jacks, lifts, tire changers, balancers, and related shop equipment safely
- check_circleMaintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment following company and OSHA standards
- check_circlePerform basic vehicle checks including tread depth, torque, and valve stem inspections
- check_circleAdhere to customer service standards to ensure a friendly and efficient customer experience
- check_circleInspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation while performing flat repairs
- check_circleSafely mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires and wheels on various vehicles
- check_circleAssist customers by explaining basic tire conditions and recommending necessary services
Requirements
- verifiedASE Certified Automobile Technician (A4 Suspension and Steering preferred)
- verifiedTIRE INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION (TIA) Basic Automotive Tire Service Certification
