About the Role
Temp Assignment Based Registered Respiratory Therapists serve as intricate members of the healthcare team at Novant Health. In this role, you will establish authentic, personalized relationships with patients and their chosen support systems. You will collaborate with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized respiratory plans of care. Your work aims to promote optimal health or provide a comforting, peaceful death for those in need.
You will utilize the best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey. As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will accept responsibility, authority, and accountability for the management and provision of care in accordance with current policies and procedures.
Assignment Details
These RRTs are temporarily assigned to one unit for a designated number of weeks based on the needs of the system. This role requires flexibility to work in any Novant Health location. Candidates must possess the necessary skills, competency, and qualifications, including a current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
