About the Role

We are seeking Telecom Install Technicians with experience in both wireless and wireline sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and testing Transport, Switching, Data, Cable Head-End, and/or DC Power equipment. The position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 70 lbs, as well as working on ladders or climbing overhead to pull signal and power cables.

Technicians will be expected to crimp, lug, terminate, test, stitch, and lace cable (up to 750 MCM or Fiber). You will install various types of infrastructure in Central Office, Data Center, Cable Head-End, Cell Site, and DC Power environments. Responsibilities include racking, stacking, and securing equipment bays/cabinets, as well as building out Super Structures and testing/turning up all types of equipment within these environments.

Opportunities are available nationwide for specific specializations:

DC Power crews: 2 & 12 volt battery swap-outs and complete power builds.
Cell Site techs: Installing, testing, and turning up hardware and software.
Cable Head-End techs: Performing installations, extensive structured cabling, and infrastructure work (Primary Power experience is a plus).
Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) techs: Supporting several nationwide projects.
