About the Role

The Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice is designed for individuals with no prior collision experience who are eager to learn. This role exists to build a pipeline of skilled body technicians by combining hands-on mentorship with structured training.

As a Body Apprentice, you will work under the direct guidance of a mentor to learn how to read estimates, identify vehicle damage, and perform repairs. You will be responsible for mastering all training materials and developing the practical skills necessary to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition. The position requires adapting to a fast-paced environment, prioritizing competing tasks, and ensuring all work meets high standards of quality and accuracy.

Hiring Process

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy. All new hires must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions. Caliber utilizes E-Verify to confirm the identity and employment eligibility of all new hires.
