As a Technician, you will be the face of FiOptix in the field, responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our comprehensive suite of services. This role is critical to our operations, ensuring that every customer receives a high-quality connection and a positive experience from the moment they sign up.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of technical work and customer interaction. You will navigate various environments, from residential homes to commercial sites, to install and troubleshoot complex cable and fiber networks. Whether you are climbing a ladder to secure a tower, testing newly laid fiber lines, or guiding a customer through the setup of their new equipment, your work directly impacts our network's reliability. You will collaborate closely with our customer service team to ensure work orders are resolved efficiently, acting as a trusted advisor who can identify issues and provide clear, educational solutions to our subscribers.
