LMI is a new breed of digital solutions provider dedicated to accelerating government impact with innovation and speed. We invest in technology and prototypes ahead of need, bringing commercial-grade platforms and mission-ready AI to federal agencies at commercial speed. Leveraging our proven expertise in federal deployment and strategic relationships, we help agencies in the defense, space, healthcare, and energy sectors navigate complexity and outpace change. Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.
The Technical Program Manager will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of a GenAI-driven modernization effort for a key U.S. Army client. This position serves as a senior Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the client, bridging the gap between hands-on technical execution and senior, non-technical leadership to ensure AI-driven solutions directly support mission outcomes.
You will guide the deployment and evolution of LMI's LIGER® platform, an agentic AI tool, while mitigating technical and programmatic risks. The role requires coordinating complex development efforts to ensure alignment with Army mission requirements and operational realities. You will translate mission needs into LIGER architectures, workflows, and agent-based solutions that integrate with existing Army systems. This position demands the ability to move quickly in an environment that emphasizes building, deploying, and iterating in parallel, while communicating clearly, driving consensus, and fostering strong team collaboration.
Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Government security clearance. Only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance. For this position, LMI will only consider applicants who currently hold a security clearance or are eligible for one, due to the nature of the work. An active Secret clearance is required for this role.
LMI is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
