About the Role
This position accelerates the research and development of new Artificial Intelligence solutions within a Financial Services Organization's Innovation Lab Services team. Reporting to the Group Vice President of Technology, you will serve as the critical bridge between research teams, engineering, and business stakeholders.
In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of AI R&D initiatives, from concept through delivery. You will manage reporting, budgeting, and project analysis while translating complex AI capabilities into actionable business requirements. The position requires fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation, ensuring that AI technologies are evaluated for applicability and deployed with ethical standards and data privacy compliance in mind.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and network issues. Hands-on experience with NVIDIA AI-Q frameworks and architectures.
