The Team Member serves as the face of the restaurant, dedicated to providing exceptional guest service while collaborating closely with Restaurant Managers and fellow Team Members to uphold operational standards. Operating under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators, this position is vital to the daily flow of the restaurant, featuring direct interactions with guests and the field operations team.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same. Your day involves greeting guests with a smile, processing orders and payments, and preparing food and drink products to high standards. Beyond the front counter, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness of the entire restaurant, including the dining room, restrooms, and exterior, while adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
This role offers the opportunity to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work across multiple stations. You will be part of a team that values flexibility, with schedules available for day and night shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
