About the Role

We are currently seeking Sales Floor Associates and Cashiers with dayside and weekend availability to join our team.

Sales Floor Associates If you love building relationships with customers and helping them find the perfect item, this role is for you. You will support our mission by organizing the sales floor to make it easy for customers to find what they need. As ambassadors for Goodwill, you will provide outstanding customer service, answer questions about our organization and donations, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Cashiers Do you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working with a fun team? As a Cashier, you will support the Goodwill mission by building relationships with customers, accurately processing sales transactions, and sharing how their purchases help someone get a job. Customer service excellence is key in this role, ensuring every customer leaves with a positive impression of Goodwill.
