About the Role
As an Elementary Teacher, you will join a mission-driven team focused on creating a joyful, structured classroom environment. This role exists to deliver standards-aligned instruction that drives student achievement through data analysis and differentiated learning strategies. You will not only plan and teach core elementary subjects but also collaborate closely with grade-level teammates, coaches, and school leaders to refine curriculum and close achievement gaps.
In this position, you will integrate educational technology to enhance learning and maintain clear classroom routines that foster high behavioral expectations. The day-to-day involves analyzing student data to adjust instruction in real-time, communicating regularly with families regarding student progress, and participating in ongoing professional development and coaching cycles. We are looking for educators who are open to feedback and committed to culturally responsive teaching.

Requirements
