About the Role
As an Elementary Teacher, you will join a mission-driven team committed to creating a joyful, structured classroom environment. Your primary focus is to deliver standards-aligned lessons that drive student achievement through data-informed instruction. You will collaborate closely with grade-level teammates, coaches, and school leaders to implement innovative teaching methods and close achievement gaps.
In this role, you will not only plan and deliver curriculum but also establish clear classroom routines and high behavioral expectations. You will communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and participate in ongoing professional development and coaching cycles. We are looking for passionate educators who are open to feedback and dedicated to cultivating a culturally responsive, academically focused learning space.

Requirements
- verifiedValid state teaching certification (or eligibility to obtain) in Elementary Education or related area
