Success Academy Charter Schools, Inc. is an innovative, results-driven organization dedicated to shaping student futures in high-performing NYC public charter schools. Our Education, Training & E-Learning team is committed to excellence, fostering a culture where educators can grow their careers while delivering rigorous, engaging instruction.
As an Elementary Teacher, you will join a mission-driven team focused on creating a joyful, structured classroom environment. Your primary goal is to drive student achievement by delivering standards-aligned lessons and utilizing data to differentiate instruction. You will not only plan and teach core elementary subjects but also collaborate closely with grade-level teammates, coaches, and school leaders to refine curriculum and analyze student progress.
This role is designed for educators who are open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement. You will receive robust coaching and participate in ongoing professional development cycles. By integrating educational technology and maintaining clear classroom routines, you will help close achievement gaps and ensure every student thrives in an academically focused setting. Additionally, you will play an active role in school culture initiatives, community-building activities, and regular communication with families regarding student goals.
Candidates who are passionate about education and aligned with our mission are encouraged to apply. The selection process includes a review of qualifications, followed by interviews to assess cultural fit and instructional philosophy. Successful candidates must be eligible for a background check and hold valid state teaching certification (or eligibility to obtain) in Elementary Education or a related field.
