About the Role
As an Elementary Teacher, you will join a mission-driven team committed to creating a joyful, structured classroom environment. Your primary focus is to deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction that uses data to drive student achievement. You will collaborate closely with colleagues, coaches, and school leaders to implement innovative teaching methods and differentiate learning to close achievement gaps.
In this role, you will not only plan and deliver engaging lessons but also actively participate in ongoing professional development and coaching cycles. You will be expected to integrate educational technology to enhance student learning and maintain clear classroom routines that support high behavioral expectations. Success in this position requires a candidate who is open to feedback and deeply committed to the mission of raising student achievement.
Hiring Process
Candidates must possess a valid state teaching certification (or eligibility to obtain one) in Elementary Education or a related area, along with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Education. A background check and eligibility to work in K–12 schools are required. Selected candidates will undergo a review of their demonstrated success in raising student achievement and experience with data-driven instruction.

Requirements
