In this position, you will use data to differentiate instruction and close achievement gaps, ensuring that learning is both academically focused and culturally responsive. Your day will involve analyzing student progress through formative and summative assessments, integrating educational technology to enhance learning, and maintaining clear classroom routines. You will also serve as a vital link to families, communicating regularly regarding student goals and progress. Through robust coaching and ongoing professional development cycles, you will continuously refine your craft while contributing to school culture and community-building activities.
