As an Elementary Teacher, you will create a joyful, structured classroom environment where data drives student achievement. This role exists to deliver standards-aligned lessons in core elementary subjects, utilizing formative and summative assessments to monitor progress and close achievement gaps. You will collaborate closely with grade-level teammates, coaches, and school leaders to implement innovative teaching methods and differentiate instruction for every learner.
In this position, you will integrate educational technology to enhance learning and maintain clear classroom routines with high behavioral expectations. Beyond the classroom, you will communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and contribute to school events and culture initiatives. The role offers robust coaching and professional development cycles, ensuring you remain open to feedback and continuously refine your practice.
Candidates must possess a valid state teaching certification (or eligibility to obtain) in Elementary Education or a related area, along with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Education. A background check and eligibility to work in K–12 schools are required. Selected candidates will undergo a review of their demonstrated success in raising student achievement and experience with data-driven instruction.
