About the Role
As an Elementary Teacher, you will join a passionate team dedicated to delivering rigorous, engaging instruction that drives student achievement. This role exists to create a joyful, structured classroom environment where every student thrives. You will not only plan and deliver standards-aligned lessons but also collaborate closely with colleagues, coaches, and school leaders to implement innovative teaching methods.
In this position, you will use data to differentiate instruction and close achievement gaps, ensuring that learning is both academically focused and culturally responsive. The day-to-day involves monitoring student progress through formative and summative assessments, communicating regularly with families, and integrating educational technology to enhance the learning experience. You will be part of a supportive ecosystem that provides robust coaching and professional development, allowing you to continuously refine your craft while contributing to school culture and community-building activities.

Requirements
- verifiedValid state teaching certification (or eligibility to obtain) in Elementary Education or related area

- verifiedBackground check and eligibility to work in K–12 school required
