About the Role
As an Elementary Teacher, you will join a passionate team dedicated to delivering rigorous, engaging instruction that drives student achievement. This role exists to create a joyful, structured classroom environment where students thrive academically and behaviorally. You will not only plan and deliver standards-aligned lessons but also collaborate closely with colleagues, coaches, and school leaders to implement innovative teaching methods.
In this position, you will use data to differentiate instruction, close achievement gaps, and monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments. The day-to-day involves integrating educational technology, communicating regularly with families, and participating in robust coaching and professional development cycles. You will be part of a community that values culturally responsive teaching and is committed to building a strong school culture through shared events and initiatives.

Requirements
- verifiedValid state teaching certification (or eligibility to obtain) in Elementary Education or related area
- verifiedBachelor's degree or higher in Education or related field
- verifiedBackground check and eligibility to work in K–12 school required

Demonstrated success raising student achievement. Experience with data-driven or standards-based instruction.
