About the Role
As an Elementary Teacher, you will be the cornerstone of your classroom, delivering standards-aligned lessons that drive student achievement. This role exists to close achievement gaps through data-driven instruction and to foster a learning environment that is both academically focused and joyful. You will not only plan and deliver rigorous curriculum but also collaborate closely with grade-level teammates, coaches, and school leaders to refine teaching methods and analyze student progress.
In this position, you will receive robust coaching and participate in ongoing professional development cycles designed to help you grow your teaching career. Your day-to-day involves integrating educational technology, communicating regularly with families regarding student goals, and contributing to school culture initiatives. We are looking for candidates who are open to feedback and committed to maintaining high behavioral expectations while differentiating instruction to meet diverse student needs.

Requirements
- verifiedValid state teaching certification (or eligibility to obtain) in Elementary Education or related area
