Success Academy Charter Schools, Inc. is an innovative, results-driven organization dedicated to shaping student futures in high-performing NYC public charter schools. Our Education, Training & E-Learning team is built on a culture of excellence, where mission-driven educators collaborate to deliver rigorous, engaging instruction. We are committed to creating a joyful, structured classroom environment that empowers every student to achieve their full potential.
As an Elementary Teacher, you will be the architect of your students' academic journey. This role exists to deliver standards-aligned lessons that drive student achievement through data and innovation. You will not only plan and teach but also partner with grade-level teammates, coaches, and school leaders to analyze data, differentiate instruction, and close achievement gaps.
Your day will be defined by a balance of rigorous instruction and community building. You will establish clear classroom routines, maintain high behavioral expectations, and integrate educational technology to enhance learning. Beyond the classroom, you will communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and contribute to school events and culture initiatives. We offer robust coaching and professional development cycles to support your growth as a teacher who is open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
Candidates who are passionate about education and aligned with our mission are encouraged to apply. The selection process focuses on identifying educators who demonstrate a proven ability to raise student achievement and thrive in a collaborative, data-driven environment. Successful applicants will undergo a background check and verification of eligibility to work in K–12 schools.
Success Academy Charter Schools is an equal opportunity employer. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or veteran status. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all educators can grow and succeed.
