About the Role
As an Elementary Teacher, you will join a passionate team dedicated to delivering rigorous, engaging instruction that drives student achievement. This role exists to create a joyful, structured, and academically focused learning environment where every student can thrive. You will not only plan and deliver standards-aligned lessons but also collaborate closely with colleagues, coaches, and school leaders to implement innovative teaching methods.
In this position, you will use data to differentiate instruction and close achievement gaps, ensuring that every child receives the support they need. The day-to-day involves fostering strong relationships with families, integrating educational technology to enhance learning, and participating in robust coaching and professional development cycles. Requirements
- verifiedValid state teaching certification (or eligibility to obtain) in Elementary Education or related area
- verifiedBachelor's degree or higher in Education or related field
- verifiedBackground check and eligibility to work in K–12 school required

Demonstrated success raising student achievement. Experience with data-driven or standards-based instruction.
