About the Role
As an Elementary Teacher, you will join a community committed to creating a joyful, structured, and academically focused learning environment. This role exists to deliver standards-aligned instruction that uses data to close achievement gaps and ensure every student succeeds. You will not only plan and teach core elementary subjects but also partner with grade-level teammates, coaches, and school leaders to implement innovative teaching methods.
In this position, you will receive robust coaching and engage in continuous professional development cycles. Your day will involve analyzing student data to differentiate instruction, communicating regularly with families regarding progress, and integrating educational technology to enhance learning. We are looking for passionate educators who are open to feedback and ready to contribute to school culture initiatives and community-building activities.

Requirements
- verifiedValid state teaching certification (or eligibility to obtain) in Elementary Education or related area
