About the Role

As an Elementary Teacher, you will join a mission-driven team focused on creating a joyful, structured classroom environment. In this role, you will deliver standards-aligned lessons in core elementary subjects, utilizing data to drive student achievement and close achievement gaps. The position requires a collaborative spirit; you will work closely with grade-level teammates, coaches, and school leaders to plan instruction, analyze student data, and implement innovative teaching methods.

Your day-to-day impact involves establishing clear classroom routines, maintaining high behavioral expectations, and communicating regularly with families regarding student progress. You will also integrate educational technology to enhance learning and contribute to school events and culture initiatives. We offer robust coaching and professional development cycles to support your ongoing growth as an educator.
