About the Role
As a Tax Manager, you will oversee and manage a team of tax associates while developing and implementing strategies to enhance client outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and corporations. The position requires a CPA designation (or progress toward it) and at least four years of strong tax experience, with a specific emphasis on 1040 experience.
In this fast-paced environment, you will conduct complex tax research, manage client relationships, and lead presentations. The ideal candidate is self-driven, organized, and capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams with minimal direction.
