About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Tax Experts to support our customers during the upcoming tax season. This is a virtual, customer-facing role where you will utilize state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with clients, providing professional, friendly, and confident assistance.

Our Mission

In this position, you will help customers complete their taxes using our company products. By providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product and software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."

You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language. Your interactions will be documented to maintain accurate records, ensuring a seamless experience for our users as they navigate the complexities of taxation.
