About the Role

We are seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season to help our customers complete their taxes using our company products. This is a virtual, customer-facing role where you will provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product and software inquiries. By utilizing government websites, professional resources, and team expertise, you will seek out and deliver the right answers to customers using everyday language. Your work contributes to our goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."

As a Tax Expert, you will interact with customers through state-of-the-art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records. You will be passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
