At CTI, you will be at the center of an award-winning corporate culture dedicated to breaking technological barriers and solving real-world problems for federal government customers. We are committed to hiring the best of the best, offering a world-class employee experience that is rare within our industry. We believe that your best work happens when you live your best life, and we do everything we can to make that possible. We are looking for technical changemakers with a passion for Cyber Operations, Cloud, Data Analytics, or Engineering to join a supportive, innovative team of like-minded individuals.
CTI is seeking an experienced Target Analyst Reporter (TAR) to join our team in the Annapolis Junction area and other field sites. In this role, you will prepare synthesized intelligence products for customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting via appropriate vehicles in response to Intelligence Community (IC) requirements. Your day-to-day will involve prioritizing, assessing, and evaluating information obtained from passive and active collection, network analysis, and collateral sources to support decision-making by Government personnel.
You will collaborate closely with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements, sharing target-related information and feedback as appropriate. A key part of your mission is to issue products that relay developments, trends, indications, warnings, and situational awareness regarding specific targets, including countermeasures and courses of action. Additionally, you will help develop databases and working aids to enhance target knowledge and improve collection execution for Agency and IC missions.
Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance are mandatory for this position. An Intel Agency polygraph is strongly preferred.
