About the Role
In this Take Out & Catering position, you enable our Guests to enjoy our signature brewhouse experience at home and on the go. You will be the face of our brand during the pickup process, executing gracious hospitality at every turn from order placement to quick, convenient pick up. Your role involves tapping into your knowledge of our diverse menu to suggest crave-worthy food and beverage pairings, ensuring every interaction delights our Guests.\n You will also be responsible for setting up, breaking down, and maintaining take-out and curbside areas, as well as correctly packaging all items to ensure food is properly prepared and all orders are accounted for. This is a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment where you thrive on details and excellent communication.
